As a service-based business providing bespoke work, we are unable to offer refunds once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. This includes but is not limited to: planning, design, structural work, labour, and third-party contractor services.
Deposits and Stage Payments
All deposits and stage payments are non-refundable, as they cover materials, labour scheduling, and administrative costs already incurred. This is standard practice within the building and renovation industry to ensure commitment on both sides.
